Preheat oil at 180°C, fry the defrosted duck for 4-6 minutes, until the skin is golden brown and crispy.

Our duck comes in a colorful LDPE + Nylon polybag and a corrugated cardboard outer packaging. They have a shelf life of 24 months when stored at a temperature of -18°C or lower.
