Preparation
Oven
Preheat the oven to 200°C and place the karaage in an ovenproof dish. Bake the karaage for 15 to 20 minutes and serve immediately.

Preheat the fryer to 180°C and fry the karaage for 4 to 5 minutes. Then, let the crispy chicken drain for a few minutes and serve with lime wedges for a delightful experience.
